
THE LEADER’S JOURNEY is a targeted, Biblical leadership development process for all staff, resulting in maturing servant leaders who are better able to accomplish the mission of FCA: "to lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church." The long-term outcome is Transformation and Multiplication.
Staff must commit to attend (to the best of their ability) all 4 in person sessions + all 3 Zoom sessions.

Basic Schedule for In-Person Sessions:
- 10-10:30am: Welcome/ Overview
- 10:30am-12pm: PowerPoint/ Discussion of Leader’s Journey
- 12-12:30pm: Lunch
- 12:30-1:30pm: Guest Speaker/ Value Content
- 1:30-3pm: Team Activity or Special Content
- 3-5pm: Assessment/ Ministry Plan Practical Steps
